12 Tips for Better Pics
1. Spirits are not just in haunted buildings, they are almost everywhere in one form or another. So don't be afraid to take photos at
your house, outside, in a store or the woods.
2. When you take photos at night, make sure you have a flash set for
night. For example, Fill Flash is the one I use on my digital. The
flash fills the surrounding area. It's also a good idea to count to 3 and
on 3 make sure everyone closes their eyes. You don't want to be blinded by
the flash and start to see things that aren't there.
3. Take photos of everything! Try following your instincts when taking
photos. If you have a particular inclination to snap a photo in a particular direction or at a particular object, do it. Trust your feelings an as you do, your abilities to sense
spirits should increase. Make sure you focus in on something,
whether it be a grave or some object. Later on when they pictures are
developed or reviewed you won't question what something was.
4. Take lots of pictures! Statistics say that 2 out of ever 50 pictures taken
has something on it. In my case, it was 3 out of every 5. You may be
as lucky!
5. When taking your photos, make sure to avoid shinny surfaces. The shine from a glossy tombstone or pane of glass etc. can cause anomalies that can appear to look like ghost mist, fog & orb shapes.
6. Make sure your camera lens is clean at all times. Again, this can cause anomaly type images to appear. If the lens has a smudge it can easily show up on several pictures and can look like an anomaly, so look for that sign. Try to always keep your lens spotless.
7. Make sure you know where your camera strap & lens cover are at all times. These can appear as a vortex or other ghostly images if left to dangle free from the camera. If your thumb or finger is in the way of the lens it can cause this same effect.
8. Make sure long hair is tied back. Hair can also appear as a ghostly anomaly. Strains of hair can look like orbs in motion as well as ghost energy.
9. Completely avoid taking photos under weather conditions that are foggy,
rainy, breezy, windy...etc. When it's cold out, make sure that you don't
breath when you take a picture, your breath could show up as something that's
nothing.
10. Talk to the spirits. Provoke them to show themselves. Read
more about spirit form here.
11. Most spirit energy will appear in the air from two to ten feet above the ground. So focus a portion of your attention at that level but don't limit yourself totally to it.
12. Spirits are quite often attracted to people and will follow them around. So include people in the photos you take.
Here's a trick to use when ghosts might be following you around......put the camera over your shoulder and snap a picture behind you. This can be an effective technique at
times......or one to just freak the hell out of you when you get them developed!
